Spiltt is a review platform where employees and alumni share verified, anonymous feedback about specific teams within companies. The signature format is the **Vibe Check** — 12 metrics across four pillars (Bag, Grind, Vibe, Sentiment) that produce a multidimensional view of team health. Reviewers (verified work-email accounts) contribute unlimited reviews; viewers (personal email) can read up to 5 detailed team profiles.
